1. Who runs the program
The program is run by W8 Atlantic Unipessoal Lda (NIPC 519296010), Rua Carlos Alberto da Mota Pinto 17, 3A, 1070-313 Lisboa, Portugal ("ORYKSA").
2. Application and approval
You need an ORYKSA account. ORYKSA reviews every application by hand and may approve or reject it without giving reasons. Only approved affiliates receive a link, a coupon and statistics. One affiliate account per person or company.
3. Your link and your coupon
Your link (https://oryksa.com/?ref=YOUR-CODE) and your personal coupon identify the customers you bring. The coupon gives 15% off the first payment of any plan: the first month on monthly plans and the first year on annual plans, once per customer account.
4. Allowed promotion
Promote ORYKSA honestly on your own channels. Not allowed: spam or unsolicited messages; paid search ads on the ORYKSA brand or its misspellings; fake reviews or misleading claims; referring yourself, your own companies or accounts you control; publishing your coupon on coupon or discount websites; presenting yourself as ORYKSA. A breach voids the related commissions and may end your participation.
5. Attribution
A customer is yours when they create an ORYKSA account within 60 days of clicking your link (with marketing cookies accepted) or when they pay with your coupon. The last link clicked or the coupon used counts. ORYKSA's records decide the attribution.
6. Commission
You earn 10% of the amount each referred customer pays for ORYKSA plans (subscriptions), calculated without VAT, during the first 12 months counted from that customer's first payment. Packs, phone numbers and other extras do not generate commission.
7. Hold, refunds and chargebacks
Each commission stays pending for 30 days. A refunded or charged back payment voids its commission. If that commission was already paid, it is deducted from future commissions.
8. Payouts
When your available balance reaches $55, you can request a payout in your dashboard. ORYKSA pays between the 1st and the 10th of each month, in your program currency (euro, US dollar, pound or real), by PayPal or bank transfer (IBAN), to the details you provide.
9. Taxes and invoicing
Commissions are calculated without VAT. Before the first payout you provide your legal name, country, tax ID (NIF / VAT) and whether you are an individual or a company. Companies in the European Union invoice W8 Atlantic Unipessoal Lda, with reverse charge of VAT where it applies. Individuals in Portugal issue a recibo verde. Affiliates outside the European Union accept a self-billing statement issued by ORYKSA. Each affiliate is responsible for their own taxes.
10. Personal data
ORYKSA processes your data under its Privacy Policy. You see your referred customers only in masked form and you may not use the program to collect their personal data.
11. Termination
You may leave the program at any time. ORYKSA may suspend or end your participation, in particular in case of a breach of these terms. Valid commissions earned before the end are paid under these terms; commissions linked to a breach are void.
12. Changes to the program
ORYKSA may change these terms, the commission or the program and announces the changes in the dashboard. Changes apply to commissions generated after they take effect. If you do not agree, you may leave the program.
13. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
